Beste leden,
We hopen dat het goed met jullie gaat in deze tijd van crisis en dat jullie gezond mogen zijn.
Zoals jullie weten is er op dit moment nog steeds sprake van een noodverordening in Nederland. Nog steeds sterven er wereldwijd mensen aan het virus Covid-19.
De eerste weken was coachen met paarden uitgesloten, wel mochten we onze paarden beweging blijven geven. Nog steeds geldt er de landelijke noodverordening en dat is niet voor niets; een tweede Corona-golf is niet uitgesloten en is volledig in handen van menselijk gedrag op dit moment. Tevens is het virus ook bij verschillende dieren aangetroffen en weet men nog niet zeker of het virus zich ook verder kan gaan ontwikkelen en aanpassen aan dieren in zelfde mate als bij mensen. Heel veel weten we nog niet.
Wat we wel weten is dat voorzichtig handelen, de komende tijd en wellicht de komende jaren, van belang is. We zullen daarom ook extra moeten opletten als wij coaching met paarden geven. Ook zullen we moeten kijken in hoeverre de coaching met fysieke aanwezigheid noodzakelijk is. Tegelijkertijd willen we en hoeven wij onszelf als ondernemers ook niet onnodig lastig te maken als het gaat om verstandig te ondernemen is deze tijd. Als jouw coachee behoefte heeft aan één-op-één coaching en jij acht de hulp noodzakelijk dat kan dit met toepassing van het bovenstaand protocol worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij willen we nogmaals aanmerken; slechts indien noodzakelijk en met behoud van uitvoering van het protocol kunnen diensten voorzichtig uitgevoerd worden.
De maatregelen vanuit de overheid blijven leidend, wat betekent dat als het in de (nabije) toekomst weer verandert, dat ook de bedrijfsuitvoering van de coachings van de coach weer moeten worden aangepast en zonnodig moeten worden bijgewerkt. Het protocol vanuit V-PCN is vanaf 18-5-2020 12.00 uur in geldend en dienend als een leidraad voor coachsessies met paarden van de leden voor V-PCN. V-PCN leden worden te allen tijde geacht zelf zorg te dragen voor de eigen verantwoordelijkheden, het protocol is niet verplicht maar wel als handleiding inzetbaar voor de Paardencoach. We gaan er dan ook vanuit dat men met ‘gezond verstand’ zal handelen en de maatregelen vanuit de RIVM zal blijven opvolgen.
